About Smart School
Smart School is designed for schools that want their academic activities to be more open to students and parents. Information usually scattered across group chats, notice boards, and report books is now neatly available in one app.
For Students
Students can view class and exam schedules, open learning materials by subject, complete assignments and quizzes, and track their grades through to each semester’s report card. Attendance records, leave requests, counseling sessions, and extracurricular activities are all in the same app.
For Parents
One parent account can be linked to more than one child. From each child’s dashboard, parents can see grades, assignment progress, and attendance, and receive tuition bill notifications along with their due dates.
Child Location, Safely Managed
Parents can turn on child location detection on a set schedule, complete with location zones and an SOS button for emergencies. Students always know who is viewing their location and can turn on privacy mode once they arrive at school.
Same Foundation, Different Needs
Subjects, bill types, extracurricular activities, and account verification flows can all be adjusted to each school’s policies. When there are specific needs, features can be developed so the app follows how the school works.
