Measurable Daily Reports
Employees record their tasks, working hours, and performance results every day using a provided format. Official travel assignments and absences are recorded in the same report.
Transparent Reviews
Supervisors review each report from their team, then approve it, request a revision with notes, or give a score. Employees can see their scores and file an objection with supporting evidence if they feel a review is inaccurate.
From Score to Allowance
Performance and discipline scores are automatically calculated into an allowance amount based on each employee’s position. Unit administrators submit allowances with the required documents and a recommendation letter, then verifiers review and issue them.
One System for the Whole Institution
Employee data, work units, positions, and job analysis are all managed in one place. The system also includes shift scheduling, attendance recaps, and a portal for news and legal documents.
Same Foundation, Different Needs
Scoring weights, allowance components, required documents, and work unit structures can all be adjusted to each institution’s regulations and policies. When there are specific needs, features can be developed so the system follows how the institution works.
