Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) is an integrated portal that helps incident response teams receive reports, handle every incident through to resolution, and share security information with the public.

About CSIRT

CSIRT was first developed for a regional bank and is still in use today on a subscription basis. It follows common CSIRT practices and is tailored to the needs and standards of the banking sector.

Trackable Incident Tickets

Anyone can report an incident through the complaint form, with supporting evidence attached. Each report receives a ticket number sent to the reporter’s email, so its progress can be tracked at any time.

Documented Handling

The CSIRT team monitors every ticket from a single dashboard showing report counts and statistics. Each ticket moves from Opened, On Progress, and Pending to Closed, with every status change recorded along with its handling notes.

Security Information for the Public

The CSIRT team monitors every ticket from a single dashboard showing report counts and statistics. Each ticket moves from Opened, On Progress, and Pending to Closed, with every status change recorded along with its handling notes.

Same Foundation, Different Needs

Handling statuses, service categories, and portal content can all be adjusted to each organization’s procedures. When there are specific needs, features can be developed so the system follows how the team works.
